Piquillo peppers from Lodosa Extra 200g
We select the best Lodosa piquillo peppers DO (denominación de origen) and grill them over beech wood. We peel them without water so as not to lose their flavour and pack them in their juice. It is a very laborious process, but with delicious results. Our production is overseen by the DO regulatory board for Lodosa piquillo peppers, which is confirmed by the numbered label which is always on the pack.
