1.- GENERAL PROVISIONS

1.1 The following terms and conditions govern the conditions of sale of the purchased products in the platform of wholesale of the website (hereinafter the platform), owned by Prophit Place SL, with tax number (ES) B19612135, and headquarters in Calle Imprenta 2, 18010 Granada ("COLONO").

Navigation on the website, reservation and / or purchase of all products of the platform implies acceptance without reservation of these terms and conditions, legal notices and privacy. By accepting these Terms and Conditions, you indicate that you have read and accepted the Privacy Policy and Legal Notices.

Any wholesale customer using the services of this platform; is named as a customer, especially the customer who bought the sold products via this platform.

1.2 COLONO reserves the right to select at any moment the products offered. Thus, COLONO may add new products to the platform and all these new products will be regulated in accordance with the applicable terms and conditions.

COLONO reserves the right to interrupt at any time without prior notice access to the offered products of the platform.

2.- APPLICABLE LAW AND JURISDICTION

These general conditions are subject to Austrian law. The user expressly waives any other jurisdiction and submits to the jurisdiction of the courts of the City of Granada (España).

3.- HOW TO BUY IN COLONO?

3.1 To buy the products of the platform, you must follow the instructions on screen and accept the purchase. The purchase means that the customer accepts the terms and conditions, the privacy policy, the conditions of purchase and return. These conditions are available by clicking on the corresponding link.

3.2 If the customer has selected the product he wants to buy, he can add it to the cart by clicking on the button [Cart - Add to cart]. If it is clear, in many cases you can add them directly from the category to make a more agile purchase. If you want to add more than one unit, click on the button [Basket - Add to cart] as many times as you want to purchase. 

Any selected item can be removed from the cart before payment. 

In the upper right corner you will have the cart showing the total amount of the current order. If you click on it, you will be shown the cart, you can also click on it to be redirected to the list of products you want to buy. 

Once you have reviewed (and edited if necessary) the final list you can also add any comments you deem appropriate about the order. The prices The prices of the products offered are expressed in euros (euros), with all taxes included. Possible management and shipping costs are not included, their amount will be indicated at the time of final confirmation of each order. 

Once this process has been completed, click on [Process order] to access the purchase process. 

3.3. If you are already registered, you must enter your user name and password; if you are not, register or fill in the fields that appear as obligatory. After entering the requested information, the customer can verify that the data are correct and can correct, if necessary, those containing errors. You can also finish the purchase directly with "Paypal Express". If you have a discount code, it is time to enter it in the corresponding field. 

3.4. To complete the purchase, you must confirm the order. Click on the button [Continue shipping], select the shipping option that best suits your needs. Click on the button [Continue to pay]. 

3.5. Payments for the selected products can be made by bank transfer, credit card, Paypal or Sofort. Fill in the billing address and click on the button [Consult order]. 

3.6. Finish the order by clicking on the button [Buy]. If you have selected the Paypal or Sofort payment methods, you will be redirected to your portal to complete the transaction.

4.- AVAILABILITY

The product offers and prices are valid while they are displayed on the website www.colonogourmet.com and always depending on the available stock. 

Within this framework, indications on the availability of products will be provided at the time each order is processed. 

If a product is not available after the order has been placed, we will inform you as soon as possible. At that time you will be able to modify your order or cancel it.

The customer will receive a full or partial refund of his order within 30 days of placing the order.

5.- SHIPMENTS

5.1 Countries of delivery
The delivery of our products is currently limited to a selection of countries within the European Union: Austria, Germany, Belgium, France, Hungary, Ireland, Italy, Luxembourg, Netherlands, Poland:

5.2. Delivery dates
Orders placed will leave our premises within 24 hours. Delivery times in selected countries are 1 - 2 working days. If you purchase the EXPRESS SHIPPING service, your order will be delivered within 1 working day.

5.3 Delivery address
Products purchased online are delivered to customers at the specified address.

The shipment is delivered to the indicated place. To ensure correct delivery, we recommend that you give as much detail as possible about the delivery address.

5.4 Shipping rates
Free transport for orders over 75€.

Austria:
* Standard POST Shipping (24-48h): 4,90€
* UPS Express Shipping (24h): 29,00€

Rest of countries - Germany/ Belgium/ France/ Hungary/ Ireland/ Italy/ Luxembourg/ Netherlands/ Poland:
* UPS Standard Shipping (48h): 9,90€
* UPS Express Shipping (24h): 49,00€

COLONO works with the best companies in the logistics sector in order to guarantee our best efforts to deliver the products on the selected date. The delivery times indicated here are not a guarantee and COLONO does not assume any responsibility for delays beyond our control.

6.- CANCELLATION AND RETURN

6.1 COLONO reserves the right to cancel an order received, either in part or in full, in the following cases:
* If the product ordered is not in stock.
* If full payment of the order is not received or if payment fails in any part of the process.
* If the order does not comply with these Terms and Conditions of Purchase.

6.2 For his part, the customer has the right to cancel or return his order according to the following conditions:

6.2.1 Return period
In accordance with the Law on the Regulation of Retail Trade and in accordance with Community legislation (Directive 97/7/EC), you have 7 days from receipt to return your order, provided that it is not a fresh or perishable product. 

6.2.2 Condition of the product to be returned
COLONO can only refund products received in their original condition, with seals and packaging intact and without any other manipulation. 

COLONO determines whether the products are in the same condition as they were sent to you. We will make a check of the returned products to confirm that they arrive in optimum condition before proceeding to reimburse the amounts, the shipping costs being non-refundable. 

We will not accept returns of products that do not come in their original packaging or with a broken seal, unless they are defective products.

6.2.3 Return costs
COLONO will not pay for the costs of sending a return.

6.2.4 Transfer of the returned order
We will proceed to make the return within 30 calendar days of receiving the returned order.

6.2.5 How to make the return?
Contact us at info@colonogourmet.com and tell us which products you want to return. We will contact you to understand the case and analyze the best way to proceed.

7.- WHAT HAPPENS IF YOU RECEIVE A WRONG OR DEFECTIVE ORDER

In this case, please contact us within 24 hours of receiving the order through info@colonogourmet.com indicating the error or defect along with your personal data. 

We will proceed to make the return or replacement (if any) as soon as possible within 30 days after you receive our confirmation email. 

The amounts paid for those products that are returned due to a tare or defect will be fully reimbursed in the same way as the payment was made, including the delivery costs that you have previously paid and the costs of sending the return. 

If the error is due to transport, or the packaging does not arrive in good condition, it must be noted on the delivery note that the carrier will make you sign.

8.- PRODUCTS

The products offered on WWW.COLONOGOURMET.COM comply with current Spanish legislation and the standards applicable in Spain.

9.- SALE OF ALCOHOLIC BEVERAGES

In accordance with current Spanish regulations, the sale of alcoholic beverages to minors under the age of 18 is prohibited. 

COLONO only sells products to adults (18 years or older). The customer declares to be an adult (18 years or older) and capable of contracting by accepting the Conditions of Purchase. Acceptance of the Terms of Purchase is required when making a purchase and on WWW.COLONOGOURMET.COM 

In case of doubt, COLONO reserves the right to request a copy of a valid identification document.

10.- CHANGES TO THE CONDITIONS

10.1 The information appearing on WWW.COLONOGOURMET.COM is that in effect on the date of its last update. COLONO reserves the right to update, modify or delete information on this website.

10.2 COLONO reserves the right to unilaterally modify the Terms of Purchase, as well as the conditions and terms of use of this website. Any modification of these will be announced accordingly. The entry into force of the modifications to the conditions of use will take place from the moment of their publication on this website.
