Olives have been growing in Spain for over 3,000 years, and the countryside is scattered with over 100 native varieties, including Gordal, Hojiblanca, Picual and Manzanilla. Spanish olives are a great complement to tapas, as an aperitif or as an ingredient in other dishes, such as "Remojón" with cod or Russian salad. Our favorites are the fleshy and tasty olives with little salt, in which the flavor of the variety shines. We have tried hundreds of olives from dozens of suppliers and selected only the best.
